Assistant Youth Worker

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Youth Worker to join our team. As a Assistant Youth Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people in your community. This is a rewarding role that requires passion, creativity, and the ability to connect with young individuals. All youth centres plan using the Youth Curriculum which gives young people an opportunity to experience a wide range of activities.
Whilst helping shape the lives of young people, you could also shape your own career gaining vital experience and skills.
We are looking for a person who: -
1. Is energetic, inspiring and an excellent role model
2. Has skills or interests in art, music / DJing, cookery or sport
3. Can talk with young people in an open and honest manner
4. Can follow instructions and work under the direction of a Project Youth Worker
5. Wants to make a local difference by helping children, young people and families?
6. Is great at talking to people and engaging them in activities and conversations?

This post is 5 hours per week, hours deliver on a Monday and Tuesday evening.
