The Role:
* Actively headhunting candidates across Scandinavia & DACH regions for clients in the Technology, sector (Cloud/SAP/Dynamics) and Engineering
* Managing the entire recruitment process
* Negotiating with senior level stakeholders
* Flying out to win business and conduct business trips with clients and candidates in your portfolio
* Getting involved in the strategy and overall direction of the business within your sector
* Developing and helping to establish new markets, offices, and industries for the business
* Developing through one-on-one mentoring
* Developing through bespoke external training programmes with senior level executives and NEDs
* Coming up with new initiatives that could benefit the business
