Compensation: Up to £100,000 + Car/Car Allowance + Company Benefits
Are you a Quantity Surveyor or similar from a fit‑outs/hospitality background looking to join a newly established high‑end hospitality refurbishment and fit‑out business? Do you want to join a business that is in its infancy and offers great scope for autonomy and progression into senior management?
The Role
* Take ownership of post‑tender commercial lifecycle.
* Manage a diverse portfolio of projects.
* Manage subcontractor packages.
* Financial control and overall project profitability.
* Other QS roles and responsibilities.
The Person
* Quantity Surveyor or similar.
* Hospitality and/or fit‑out or similar.
* Local to the office.
* Happy with occasional travel.
Desired Skills and Experience
* Proven track record in a similar role.
* Experience in hospitality or fit‑out projects.
* Proficiency in preparing and agreeing final accounts, managing subcontractor packages, producing month cost/value reconciliations.
* Ability to work in the office and travel to site as required.
