Key Responsibilities
* Assist in collecting outstanding payments in line with agreed terms
* Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve account queries
* Support management of the accounts inbox
* Process refunds, off-hire requests, and customer documentation
* Send invoice copies and customer correspondence
* Assist with new customer and supplier forms
* Carry out general finance administration duties
* Use systems including Sage 200, Excel, Outlook, and Word
Requirements
* Previous customer service experience (highly desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Confident telephone manner and communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
