As a Learning Consultant, you’ll work closely with senior leaders across a range of organisations, helping to design and deliver impactful programmes that drive leadership effectiveness and long-term business success. This role offers a blend of consulting, project management, facilitation, and client relationship management. You’ll be part of a close-knit team working on meaningful projects that create measurable results for clients. Shape and deliver leadership and transformation projects with senior leaders. Manage end-to-end client projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and smooth logistics. Design tailored workshops, programmes and interventions that are practical and psychologically grounded. Facilitate sessions with leaders and teams, adapting approach to group needs. Build strong, trust-based client relationships and act as a strategic partner. Gather and interpret data to produce clear, engaging diagnostic reports and insights. Support clients to embed change and sustain momentum. Contribute to consultancy growth by developing tools, methods and ways of working. Qualifications Not Specified Education • Qualifications in psychology, organisational development, behavioural sciences, coaching or related fields are desirable but not essential. Experience • 3-5 years’ proven experience in leadership development, organisational development or consulting. • Experience managing • Experience facilitating groups and senior teams. • Experience with psychometrics and diagnostic tools is desirable but not essential. Skills Strong project management skills – able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail. Ability to build and maintain credible relationships with senior stakeholders. Commercial acumen, aligning consulting work to client business outcomes. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills in complex environments. Confident with Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools for project coordination.
