Customer Service (Policy Renewal)
Are you great with people and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Join our vibrant Leicester office for an exciting opportunity!
Work Arrangement: After training, enjoy hybrid working—typically one day a week in the office and the rest remotely. You can choose to work more from the office if preferred.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, rotational shifts between 08:00 – 19:00.
Location: Leicester city centre, near the train station.
Training: First five weeks of classroom learning, followed by practical application in weeks six and seven with support from coaches.
Salary: Starting at £24,500 plus benefits and opportunities for salary growth.

Your Role:
Handle customer calls at the end of their policies, explain quote differences, address concerns, and ensure customer retention through confident communication and accurate information.
