Job Description
Are you obsessed with organisation and ensuring things run smoothly in an office?
We are.
But, we’re also obsessed with creating bespoke designs and architecture. And that’s taking up all our time.
So, we need someone who can take charge of the general management of our office while we focus on our client's projects.
You don’t need experience working in architecture, but you will have worked in busy offices where priorities can change instantly. You’ll quickly work out what needs doing and not wait to be asked.
That’s what we need – someone who understands their role is to make everyone else’s easier by being organised.
Personality-wise, you’ll need to be friendly, confident and outgoing as you’ll be the first point of contact for incoming calls and clients visiting our office. Plus, we may want you to talk directly with clients and consultants to book meetings, and manage our office diary.
For a bit of background, we’re a young, ambitious, boutique architectural practice in the Ribble Valley. We specialise in complex, one-off builds, and that’s what we’d like to focus on doing while you do your thing in keeping all the other plates spinning.
Ultimately, we’d like you to grow with us and potentially become the Office / Practice Manager / PA to both Directors in the future.
So, if you think that this is the perfect role for you - get in touch and send us your CV
Salary is dependant on experience.
