Job Description for Chef at HC-One
HC-One is seeking a Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and an understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.

About You
You should be organized to meet service times, enjoy autonomy in planning, and excel at following recipes accurately. Your passion for food and understanding of the importance of good, home-cooked meals for our Residents are essential. Additionally, you will communicate considerately and kindly with Residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know the procedures to follow if concerns arise. All staff are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and seek advice or escalate concerns as needed.
