TraqCheck is a London-based HR tech startup redefining the way humans and technology work together through its innovative Human OS, an intelligence layer that connects people, data, and decisions in real time.
We're hiring Sales Executives to join our founding sales team in a full‑cycle sales role. You'll build pipeline, run discovery calls, and close SME deals while learning how larger enterprise sales work alongside experienced AEs/Account Executives.
What you'll be doing
* Building your own pipeline through outbound and inbound leads
* Running discovery calls and understanding customer needs
* Closing SME deals end‑to‑end
* Collaborating with AEs on larger opportunities
Requirements
* Experience in sales, recruitment, consulting—or a desire to break into sales
* A confident recent graduate with drive and passion to succeed
* Strong communication and commercial awareness
* Motivation to learn, take ownership, and deliver results
* Willingness to understand our company and grow a passion for our suite of products and the industry we operate in
