We are partnered with a specialist residential service based in Chigwell, providing high-quality care and support for adults with complex neurological conditions, brain injuries, and neuro-disabilities. The service aims to deliver person-centred care in a safe, nurturing environment that promotes independence, dignity, and the highest quality of life.
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and highly skilled Registered Manager to lead the sites multidisciplinary team and ensure outstanding care is provided at all times. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, regulatory compliance, team leadership, and continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, support, and develop a dedicated care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
* Maintain compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements.
* Oversee clinical governance, safeguarding, risk management, and health & safety.
* Ensure effective care planning, assessment, and reviews in collaboration with healthcare professionals and families.
* Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Drive a culture of excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement.
About You:
* Registered with CQC and eligible to act as the Registered Manager.
* Proven experience managing a complex care service, ideally in neurological or specialist residential settings.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
* In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and clinical best practices.
* Passionate about person-centred care and quality outcomes.
