About the role of Senior Commercial Manager:
Exciting opportunity to join the biggest interior design, build, architecture and workplace consultancy in the UK. They have built over 3000 offices since the companies founding in the late 2000s and they are looking to double the size of the business in the next 5 years. As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will be tasked with formulating and executing commercial strategies during the pre-construction phase, as well as meticulously managing a team of surveyors and the supply chain to maximise quality of designs and profitability.
Responsibilities for Senior Commercial Manager:
* Working from PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts whilst aiding and reporting into the managing director throughout.
* Effectively collaborate with clients, understanding their unique requirements, and work to develop tailored solutions that align with their vision.
* Pricing, and managing change and variations.
* Dealing with and managing relations with sub-contractors.
* Co-ordinate the design, sales, and sub-contract team to ensure design and costs are aligned.
* Site meetings.
Requirements for Senior Commercial Manager:
* Bachelor's degree in construction management or quantity surveying.
* Experience in dealing with construction contracts and project financial management
* Friendly, energetic, and good technical knowledge.
* Great communication skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships.
