What You'll Be Doing:

Running the Engine

* Build clear workflows so everyone knows what's happening and when
* Turn messy briefs into clear direction and production plans
* Keep the whole content pipeline visible and moving - no surprises, no scramble
* Balance fast-turn social with bigger campaign drops and BAU activity
* Make sure nothing slips or duplicates, even when priorities change hourly
