I'm building a eCommerce (WooCommerce) and I need a specialist to implement 6 branded email templates based on my finished mockup designs.
I want these templates built as custom, portable HTML (table-based, inline CSS) so they can be transferred to another email platform in the future (not only drag-and-drop blocks).
Scope of Work (Deliverables):
You will create and implement the following templates:
A) Sender (external email platform):
Autoresponse — Enquiry Confirmation (trigger: contact/enquiry form submission)
Welcome — 10% Collector Invitation (trigger: email signup)
Share Your Story — Google Review Request (trigger: X days after order delivered/completed)
B) WooCommerce (transactional emails):
4. Official Gallery Acquisition Document — Invoice
5. Your Order Is On Its Way — Shipping Confirmation
C) Master template:
6. Master Brand Template — Header & Footer (consistent across all emails)
Key Requirements:
Build in custom HTML (email-safe, table-based layout, inline CSS)
Must closely match my mockups (desktop + mobile responsive)
Use my existing text copy + footer links exactly as provided
Use personalization variables (e.g., First Name, Order Number, Tracking Link) with correct merge tags for each system
Test rendering in Gmail + iPhone Mail + Outlook (minimum)
Set fallback text if a first name is missing (e.g., "Hello,")
No unnecessary plugins; do not install anything without approval
WooCommerce Notes:
You may use either a lightweight Woo email customiser plugin or implement via custom template overrides.
If a plugin is required, you must propose it first and get approval before installing.
Sender Notes:
Configure account basics and domain authentication (SPF/DKIM) if needed
Create lists/segments needed for automations
Build the automations and test each trigger
What I Will Provide:
5 mockup designs (JPG) + 1 master header/footer mockup
All final email copy and footer link set
Website/brand assets (logo, images via CDN)
Acceptance Criteria:
6 templates implemented and tested
Visual match to mockups (including mobile)
Test emails delivered successfully
Final delivery includes:
HTML files for each template (.html)
Any images linked via CDN
Short documentation: where to edit text, where merge tags are located, and what triggers each automation
To Apply (must answer):
Have you built custom HTML email templates before (not just drag-and-drop)? Please share 2–3 examples.
Have you implemented both WooCommerce transactional emails and automation flows in an email platform?
What tools do you use to test email rendering (e.g., Litmus/Email on Acid or manual client testing)?
Confirm: no deviations from mockups without approval, and no plugins installed without permission.
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
