Nike Braintree is seeking a Part-Time Retail Assistant (24 hours) to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
1. Utilize your expertise in customer service and product knowledge to provide a premium brand experience.
2. Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
3. Support various store functions such as operating the cash register, managing inventory, refilling products, and building visual displays, while recommending products to meet sales targets.
4. Leverage your knowledge of digital devices to connect online and offline sales and services.
5. Inform customers and new team members about Nike products and services.
6. Enhance your knowledge through training tools and courses to stay current on sales trends, products, and company culture.

Qualifications
1. Prior customer service or retail experience preferred.
2. Effective communication skills, brand ambassador qualities, and teamwork skills.
3. Ability to apply sales techniques effectively.
4. Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Availability
1. 8 hours per week.
2. Availability to work evenings and weekends, including Saturday and Sunday.
