We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher in charge of Inclusive Teaching and Learning from 1st January 2026 (can be negotiated).

We require an enthusiastic and passionate individual with experience at leadership level, who is knowledgeable about inclusion, inspirational and dynamic, with the vision and commitment to contribute to the vibrant Leadership Team of our school. You will have specific responsibility for the advancement and management of SEND, PP, EAL, disadvantaged leaners and improving adaptive classroom practice.

Our school has entered a period of transformation and change, and you would be entering at an exciting time when you will be able to have a significant impact on that journey. In a key leadership role, you would be central to improving the progress of our disadvantaged and vulnerable students to transform the lives of young people in our community.
