Location: Barnstaple
Contract: Full-Time
Salary: £42,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
We are looking for a new Home Manager, to join our management team, and to run a 2 bed children's home in Barnstaple.
Our managers are extremely well supported with senior management staff always accessible, and the directors are approachable, involved and accessible.
CPD and involvement in the direction of the company is encouraged and promoted.
What we need are Home Managers who are wanting to really make a difference in the lives of looked after children, in return we will give you the funds and freedom to be imaginative, challenging and aspirational.
We need Home Managers who are organised and on top of the paperwork requirements necessary to successfully run a children’s home,
in return we will provide you with the software and hardware that will enable you to complete the paperwork in a timely and flexible manner,
will provide senior managers to help you directly and personally to ensure that 'Ofsted ready' is a permanent status.
We need Home Managers that are true leaders of their team, and in return we will offer training opportunities, team building and team bonding activities, and a HR department that is knowledgeable and responsive.
