Job Duties:
* Assist in the implementation of educational and behavioural strategies
* Support students with special educational needs in a classroom setting
* Conduct assessments and provide feedback to teachers and parents
* Collaborate with educational professionals to develop individualised plans
Required Qualifications:
* Graduate degree in Psychology or related field
* Experience working with children or young adults
* Knowledge of behavioural interventions and educational psychology
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology
Experience:
Previous experience working in educational settings preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of child development and learning theories
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional training in special educational needs
* Experience with behaviour management techniques
Working Conditions:
* Work primarily in a school or educational institution
* May involve working with students with challenging behaviours
* Full-time hours, temporary position
