Description
Join us as a Housing Manager at Home Group, based in Oxfordshire with a hybrid working model. This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with a salary ranging from £32,000 to £38,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Benefits include a Health Cash Plan.
Role Overview
You will be the face-to-face support for our estates, ensuring safe homes and vibrant communities. Your responsibilities include engaging with tenants, managing anti-social behaviors, overseeing voids, conducting estate inspections, and liaising with contractors and authorities.
Typical Day
* Engage with communities through visibility and proactivity.
* Manage multiple patches with support from Community Housing Assistants.
* Handle customer queries, complaints, and anti-social behavior issues.
* Manage void properties and liaise with local authorities.
* Conduct estate inspections and safety checks.
About You
* Experienced in housing management, housing law, and ideally familiar with universal credit.
* Willing to work towards Chartered Institute of Housing Level 3 qualification.
* Organized, proactive, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.
* Resilient, confident in working with external partners like local authorities and MPs.

Job Details
* Hybrid role: 3 days on-site in Oxford, 2 days remote.
* Regular virtual meetings and quarterly face-to-face gatherings.
* Flexible working hours; some evening work may be required.
* Must have a vehicle insured for business use; mileage paid.
* Standard DBS check required, paid for by us.
