Job Description
Are you looking to use your project management and communication skills to develop the work of the East Sussex Safeguarding Adults Board (SAB)? We are seeking an organized, articulate, and friendly individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of liaising with multiple partners and remaining calm under pressure. In return, we offer a supportive working environment with friendly colleagues and a varied workload.
The successful candidate will support the Safeguarding Board's core statutory functions, including coordinating Safeguarding Adult Reviews, Practice Development, Communications, and Quality Assurance activities.
This role may be suitable if you possess the following skills:
* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Experience in project managing multiple workstreams.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare evidence-based reports and present with impact.
* Constructive collaboration with internal and external colleagues.
* Analytical skills in assimilating information and auditing activities to produce performance data.
* Proficiency in IT, especially MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance related to Safeguarding, Mental Capacity, and Adult Welfare.
