Key Responsibilities:
* Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when they are unavailable.
* Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drinks, and service to a high standard.
* Be a role model and guide the development of your team members.
* Lead the team to create memorable moments that WOW our guests, encouraging repeat visits.
