Location: Aldourie Castle on the shores of Loch Ness, Inverness-shire, Scotland
Hours: 48 hours per week; permanent

The Role
WildLand is establishing a culinary team as our hospitality portfolio expands into outdoor dining and personal chef experiences, all while developing our food offering at Aldourie castle. Working here offers an inspiring environment, blending tradition with modern kitchens, with a focus on quality ingredients like seafood, game, and livestock. We pride ourselves on simple yet excellent recipes, serving discerning guests in a close-knit team committed to quality and wellness.
Who You Are
* An ambitious junior chef eager to develop skills in an innovative team
* Currently a CDP
* Experience in fine dining or high-end venues is a plus
* Flexible with short notice requests and events
* Passionate and ingredient-led in cooking
* A supportive team player interested in long-term growth
