Strategic HR Business Partner Fixed term to 31st October 2026
Location: Cambridgeshire County Council, Alconbury Weald, PE284YE (flexible working arrangements)
Grade: P4 £57,090 – £61,1444
Reports to: Head of People Services

About you
What we’re looking for:
* CIPD level 7 qualified (or equivalent) and educated to degree level
* Extensive HR experience, including change management and complex casework.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice.
* Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver creative solutions.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
