Role:
The role forms part of a busy Projects Team. Duties will include;
1. Provide effective and responsive administration support to the capital investment programme
2. Implement procedures for the programme during the briefing, planning, design, construction, and operational commissioning and post project review stages
3. Assist the Project Support Manager in recording and monitoring expenditure against the revenue and capital budgets
Person:
The successful candidate will have;
4. Experience of providing administrative support to a team
5. Previous experience of working within public buildings would be advantageous
6. Experience of supporting a complex project or programme would be ideal
