Electrical Project Manager required. We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the electrical installation package on a large mixed-use development in Hackney. The successful candidate will take ownership of the electrical works across 120 new-build apartments and 16 commercial units, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Electrical Project Manager duties * Oversee and manage all electrical installation works across the project * Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, site procedures, and industry standards * Manage and coordinate electrical subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and progress * Liaise with main contractors, site management, consultants, and suppliers * Monitor programme schedules * Conduct quality checks, inspections, and ensure all documentation is up to date * Provide regular progress reports to senior management * Poven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on residential and/or commercial projects * Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices and regulations * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple subcontractor teams effectively * ECS/CSCS, SMSTS or SSSTS (preferred) Our client is looking to pay £400 - £425 per day please apply and a memebr of the team will be in touch to discuss in more detail...
