The Role:
Managing customer enquiries, queries and requests via phone and email, communicate effectively with internal departments such as the Laboratory, Logistics, UK Sales, etc, to ensure that all customer objectives are met
Temp to perm position
39hrs, Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:30, 3:30 finish on Friday
The Person:
Previous experience in a customer service/support, BD role
Able to start immediately or within 2 weeks
Excellent communication IT skills (Microsoft, CRM systems)
