Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-to-one support to children/young people with SEN
2. Assist with daily routines, social activities, and community access
3. Support emotional wellbeing and development
4. Follow care plans and work collaboratively with families
5. Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment
About You:
6. Caring, patient, and understanding nature
7. Experience with SEN (preferred but not essential)
8. Reliable and flexible to meet varying schedules
9. Good communication and interpersonal skills
10. Ability to build trusting relationships
