C&E Hospitality Team Leader – Casual Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable people to join our Hospitality Team on a casual basis. You’ll play a key role in delivering fantastic customer experiences by serving food and drinks in our in‑house concessions outlets.
What you’ll be doing:
* To have a confident and comprehensive knowledge of various styles of food service.
* To assist and support the operation and delivery of large‑scale banquets to deliver service and supervising team members on shift.
* To lead a Conference or Event function for under 100 covers including meeting and greeting the client, leading a small team, liaising with chef to deliver excellent customer service.
* Support managers in the delivery of large‑scale conferences and banquets exceeding 100 covers.
* Assist with organising and delivering refreshments for conferences, events, and matchdays across the Arena.
* Lead and assist in setting and clearing all catering aspects of rooms and event spaces.
* Meet and greet clients and guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
* Actively problem‑solve any issues that may arise on shift and use initiative to work with other hospitality managers and supervisors to resolve issues and maintain excellent customer service.
* Take ownership of customer satisfaction, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience.
* Proactively engage with guests to anticipate needs and exceed expectations.
* Provide hands‑on support where needed, including: Serving food and beverages, Taking orders, Delivering table service.
* Lead by example, promoting teamwork and a positive working environment.
* Ensure all service areas are clean, organised, and presentation‑ready at all times.
Flexible Hours That Work for You
This is a casual worker role, meaning you choose when you work – perfect for fitting around studies, other jobs, or personal commitments.
* Shifts may include early starts, late finishes, and weekends
* No guaranteed hours – work when it suits you
* Rates start at £13.47 per hour (including holiday pay)
