Role Overview
Join our dedicated Theatre team at Victoria Hospital Wimborne delivering exceptional elective care. This part‑time post of 25 hours per week may require flexible working to meet service needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and deliver safe patient care throughout the perioperative journey.
* Assist with surgical procedures across orthopaedics, ENT, gynaecology and general surgery.
* Assist in equipment management, stock control and ensure compliance with infection prevention standards.
* Participate in clinical audits, data collection and drive improvements in theatre practice.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Must be eligible to work in the UK; candidates requiring current Skilled Worker sponsorship are ineligible.
* Employment requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check; the Trust covers the cost.
* Those subscribed to the DBS update service may present a valid DBS certificate.
