Responsibilities
As an integral part of the legal team, you'll be at the forefront of advising a dynamic client base on a range commercial matters. This includes to:
* Craft comprehensive solutions for complex IT, technology and outsourcing issues
* Manage a varied workload efficiently while excelling in project management
* Create lasting client relationships
* Mentor junior team members and lead by example
* Engage in broader marketing and team development activities
Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
* Has a minimum of 1 years' post-qualification experience as a commercial lawyer gained at reputable firm
* Worked on IT, technology and outsourcing matters
* Has experience in one or more sectors such as retail & consumer, financial services, advanced manufacturing, transport, and health
