First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Receptionist on behalf of one of our clients.
Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel; however, all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Front-of-house duties, including checking in/out guests and creating great holiday memories for families.
2. Liaising with park teams to provide the best holiday experience for guests.
3. Handling enquiries from internal and external customers.
4. Performing reception duties, resolving guest queries, and answering telephone and online enquiries.
5. Ensuring all paperwork is managed and organised efficiently.
6. Actively promoting future stays for current holidaymakers and staying informed of available offers.
7. Cash handling and processing payments.
8. Undergoing specific training as indicated by the Manager as and when required.
9. Taking all reasonable steps to protect the health, safety, and welfare of employees, patrons, and visitors by promoting safe working practices.
10. Complying with company policies, rules, and procedures at all times.
11. Performing any other duties as required by your line manager, commensurate with your role.

12. An excellent telephone manner.

14. Strong customer service and organisational skills.
15. Computer literacy.
16. A friendly and approachable personality.
Location: Kenmore, Perthshire
Salary: £27,000 Per Annum
