About the Role
Join our Litigation and Dispute Resolution team as an Employment Solicitor in a permanent position. The role involves providing legal advice on employment matters, handling ACAS conciliations, supporting Human Resources, and managing Employment Tribunal cases from start to finish, including advocacy at preliminary hearings. There are also opportunities for strategic and policy work.
You will work alongside an experienced Senior Solicitor and will gain experience across a wide range of tasks, with support to develop your skills further.
Requirements include excellent communication, analytical, and drafting skills, the ability to undertake advocacy, manage caseloads independently, and work well within a team. Supervisory experience is a plus.
About You
The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor admitted for several years or have equivalent experience, or a Barrister with completed Pupillage and call to the Bar.
You should be able to organize your workload, work under pressure, communicate clearly, and oversee Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish. Note: This post is politically restricted.
