Job Description
We are recruiting for an experienced Landscaping Team Leader on behalf of a expanding landscaping company. This is a permanent job paying to £34,255.00 a year and comes with a company van, four weeks paid holiday plus all bank holidays, a pension, ongoing training and career progression.
With a depot base close to Junction 2 of the M50 this role suits those living in or around Ledbury (6 Miles), Malvern (10 Miles), Tewkesbury (10 Miles), Pershore (20 Miles) or Ross-on-Wye (15 Miles).
As the Landscaping Team Leader you will be:
* Responsible for and working alongside a small team of soft landscapers.
* Installing the soft landscaping on new build housing developments.
* Responsible for completing weekly van checks.
* Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and Office Teams to ensure work is carried out efficiently, safely and to their high standards.
* Responsible for checking tools, overseeing team sign-ins and ensuring any necessary permits are secured.
Requirements
To be considered as the Landscaping Team Leader you will need:
* A minimum of two years soft landscaping experience.
* Team leading experience.
* A good knowledge of plants and trees
* To enjoy working outside in all weather conditions.
* Ideally your CSCS card.
* Experience of soft landscaping on new build housing sites.
* A driving licence.
* A mobile phone onto which you are happy to download their clocking in App as well as using WhatsApp to communicate with the office which will include sending pictures.
