Sundew Court is designed for older adults who want to maintain and enhance their independence, while enjoying a richer social life, fewer chores and the reassurance of on-site care and support, 24/7. The General Manager will be the heartbeat of the village, leading a high-performing team, shaping a warm and inclusive culture and ensuring residents truly feel at home, free to “write their own story” in later life. As this is a new service, the General Manager will also play a key role in commissioning Sundew Court, building and training a brand-new team, embedding best practice from day one and ensuring a smooth, high-quality opening for residents and their families.
