Trinity is a growing and respected trust currently comprising of 11 academies, spanning primary to post-16 education and they have a strong and proud track record of helping schools to make a lasting, positive difference in the lives of young people.

4. lead on personal development initiatives
5. liaise with staff, parents, other education institutions and multi-agency partners to support pupils' progress and overall development.
6. lead, develop and mentor the pastoral team

What we need:

7. recent relevant experience
8. experience of successfully working with identified disaffected pupils, or groups of pupils.
