Role Overview
The school is seeking a highly organised and proactive School Administrator to join the busy administrative team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure that school systems, communication and daily operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and wider school staff
• Manage incoming communications including telephone enquiries, emails and visitor requests
• Maintain accurate student records using the school’s management information system
• Support attendance monitoring processes and assist with reporting where required
• Prepare letters, reports and school documentation as needed
• Assist with school events, parent evenings and internal meetings
• Manage filing systems and ensure that records remain organised and accessible
• Provide administrative support for safeguarding documentation in line with school policies
• Coordinate internal communications across departments
• Assist with exam administration when required
• Ensure that confidential information is handled with professionalism and care
• Maintain high standards of organisation within the school office
