The Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Class Teacher to join our vibrant school community. This role is open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced practitioners and can be based in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, depending on the successful candidate's strengths and interests.
For ECTs completing their qualification this summer, we welcome a July start.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons that inspire and challenge all pupils
* Foster a warm, inclusive classroom where every child feels safe, supported, and motivated to learn
* Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement a creative and ambitious curriculum
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support
* Work closely with parents and carers to build strong partnerships that enhance learning and well-being
