**New Role - Interim Permits Manager (FM) – Oxford – 3/6 Month Contract Role**
We are working on behalf of an advisory firm overseeing the fit-out of a large commercial development in Oxford, ahead of multi-tenant occupation. Our client is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to take responsibility for managing on-site contractors and overseeing the Permits to Work process and Landlord fit out.
This is an interim contract role (Inside IR35) requiring a daily on-site presence Monday to Friday.
