NPD Manager – Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements (VMS)

Our client is a UK-based vitamins, minerals and supplements business that operates as part of a larger global health and wellness group. They run independently - with the agility of a smaller business but the backing and resources of a global organisation.
The company has a successful brand listed in the UK’s top four grocers and a strong contract manufacturing arm. With growth accelerating, they’re looking for an NPD Manager to help drive innovation across both areas.
The Role
This is a hands-on role leading product development from concept to launch. You’ll work closely with marketing, technical, regulatory and supply teams to bring new products to market - balancing creativity, compliance and commercial focus.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead new product development for branded and contract projects
* Identify market trends and turn them into commercially viable ideas
* Manage development timelines, supplier relationships and documentation
* Ensure all products meet UK/EU regulations and quality standards
* Work with cross-functional teams to deliver successful launches
About You
* Experience in VMS, nutraceuticals or FMCG product development
* Confident managing projects end-to-end and working across teams
* Strong understanding of formulation, manufacturing and compliance
* Practical, organised and curious about health and wellbeing
