This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for operational performance, regulatory compliance, quality assurance and commercial development. The organisation is known for delivering highly personalised, home-based care and holds strong Care Inspectorate ratings across the region. The Registered Manager will oversee a small operational team, work closely with quality and business development colleagues, and play a key role in future service growth. The successful candidate will bring strong regulatory knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience leading multi-service or multi-site operations within Scottish adult social care.
