Due to continued investment and project expansion, they are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to support operations on a 12-month fixed-term basis.
Your new role
As a Quality Inspector, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all manufacturedponents meet stringent quality standards and customer specifications. Working within a high-precision environment, your duties will include:
1. Conducting dimensional and visual inspections using a range of tools ( micrometers, verniers, CMM)
2. Interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation
3. Supporting root cause analysis and non-conformance investigations
4. Liaising with production and engineering teams to uphold quality standards
5. Maintaining accurate inspection records and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
6. Proven experience in a quality inspection role within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment
7. Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards
8. Ability to read and interpretplex technical drawings
9. Familiarity with CMM operation and programming (preferred but not essential)
10. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
