Experienced Social Workers (AMHP) Mental Health Team Location: Worcestershire, UK (MH Team South County Hall, Worcester & MH Team North Parkside, Bromsgrove)
Salary: £32,020 - £36,298 per annum (rising to £38,296 with AMHP status) + £3,000 Market Forces payment
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (37 hours per week)
Overview An exciting opportunity awaits experienced Social Workers (AMHP) to join our Mental Health Teams in Worcestershire specifically in the MH Team South at County Hall, Worcester and the MH Team North at Parkside, Bromsgrove.
This role is ideal for passionate and skilled professionals eager to play a key part in transforming Mental Health Social Care services across Worcestershire. Working in partnership with the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust, youll help shape and deliver high-quality care in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

What You Will Do Deliver strengths and assets-based statutory social work, adhering to the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Mental Health Act .
Work collaboratively with mental health services to provide recovery-promoting social interventions .
Apply the Three Conversations model, demonstrating strong assessment, support planning, intervention, and evaluation skills.
Conduct safeguarding enquiries and manage complex cases using sound professional judgment.
Engage in structured professional development through our Social Work Academy, ensuring continuous career progression.
Participate in weekly reflective practice sessions and receive regular supervision and peer support from experienced colleagues.
