Structural Engineer
Location: Cornwall
Salary: up to GBP35,000
We are actively seeking a Structural Engineer with around 2 years or more design experience to join a small, friendly practice in Cornwall. The company operates from a vibrant office in Cornwall and works largely on residential and commercial building structures. You will get the chance to get involved in design from conception through to completion stage and projects vary in size up to the value of GBP20 million.
Responsibilities
You will:
* Design structures using contemporary materials (steel, concrete, masonry, and timber).
* Use CAD, TEKLA, TEDDS, and/or Revit to produce drawings.
* Collaborate with consultants and clients throughout the project life cycle.
Qualifications
To be considered you will have:
* A strong degree in civil or structural engineering.
* Minimum 2 years of experience working in consultancy, ideally on mainstream ventures.
* Knowledge of contemporary materials and software mentioned above.
