ISS Facilities is looking for a Mobilisation Manager to join our Ops Performance team on a 12‑month FTC. This brand-new role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the sustainability solutions we promise at bid stage are validated, deliverable, and successfully mobilised into live contracts.
This is a high-impact opportunity where you will directly influence how sustainability products and commitments are operationalised across new contracts.
You’ll gain exposure across sustainability, commercial, bid teams and operational leaders—shaping inputs at bid stage and ensuring seamless delivery at go‑live. It's ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and coordination across multiple workstreams.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Acting as the bridge between Sustainability, Commercial, Bid and Operations teams.
* Understanding sustainability requirements for each bid and coordinating subject matter experts.
* Reviewing and securing SME approval for all sustainability content in bid submissions.
* Maintaining and improving standard sustainability responses and approved Vault content.
* Ensuring messaging aligns with ISS’s value proposition, product standards and Net Zero roadmap.
* Supporting mobilisation planning, early‑life KPIs, deliverables, budgets and documentation once contracts are won.
* Coordinating handover to Product Performance Managers and operational teams.
* Tracking mobilisation progress, highlighting risks, dependencies and potential challenges.
* Feeding insights back to continuously improve future bids, products and mobilisation processes.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience coordinating bid or mobilisation activity within FM, sustainability, commercial or operational environments.
* Strong project coordination skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Confident communicator able to engage SMEs, bid teams and senior operational stakeholders.
* Highly organised, detail‑focused and comfortable with change or ambiguity.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs, risks and commercial impacts.
* Collaborative, proactive and solution‑oriented approach.
* Understanding of sustainability services (desirable).
ISS welcomes all applicants regardless of age, disability, gender identity or gender reassignment, marital or civil partnership status, pregnancy or maternity, race (which includes race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin and caste), religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation or educational background.
