About the role We are seeking a motivated and curious graduate (or early-career professional) to join our UK/Europe sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in life sciences who is interested in transitioning into a commercial, customer-facing career. Working across both education and research markets, you will play a key role in supporting regional sales activity, engaging with academic institutions, and helping customers identify the right solutions from ADInstruments’ portfolio. Skills and Experience We’re excited about you because you’ll bring: A degree in life sciences (e.g. physiology, neuroscience, pharmacology or similar) The ability to develop an expert understanding of the ADInstruments product range and practical application areas Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers Curious, proactive, and motivated to learn Well organised with good attention to detail Interested in developing a career in scientific sales or commercial roles Even if you don’t meet all the criteria, we’d love to hear from you. Package Salary: ~£30,000 performance-based incentive Hybrid working (Oxford-based, 3 days in office once trained) Ongoing training and development opportunities This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or someone early in their career looking to move into a commercial role within the life sciences sector.
