Reed Practice are proud to be recruiting for an established practice based in Alton. This practice has been in operation for over 60 years

They are looking to hire a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. This position can from 22.5 - 37.5 hours.The individual will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations. This role is key to providing the Partners with regular financial information and ensuring both internal and external compliance is met. The firm is looking for someone willing to support the practice and administrative matters more widely, a team player with self-motivation. The role needs a person to work in a consistent, accurate and efficient manner, with minimal supervision.

Duties of the role include but are not limited to:

1. Overall management responsibility for the finance function.
2. Manage and supervise a staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality work output.
3. Production of monthly management accounts, KPI's and other financial reports.
4. Provide monthly billing targets to Managers.
5. Provide weekly cashflow forecasts to Partners.
6. Prepare the annual budget for Partner review and input.
7. Maintain intercompany reconciliations for 3 entities.
8. Maintain an overview of the sales ledger including credit control.
9. Maintain an overview of the purchase ledger including invoice authorisations and supplier statement reconciliation.
