Overview
Senior Community Mental Health Practitioner role at NSFT Jobs. Based at Gateway House in the Central Norfolk Locality. We provide assessment and treatment for those experiencing an acute mental health need in the community. We work with service users with a variety of mental health concerns, alongside families and carers and external agencies to provide a holistic approach and a positive outcome on the recovery journey.
Responsibilities
* Assessment, planning, review and delivery of care and treatment with service users on your caseload
* Support duty cover for the team on a rostered basis
* Liaise with other agencies to ensure care needs are met
Requirements and Background
We welcome applicants from diverse clinical backgrounds with experience in different areas of mental health, including Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Social Workers. We are looking for innovative and focused practitioners who are dedicated to making a positive difference in care and who want to develop leadership skills while remaining clinically oriented.
