Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit a Property Manager who will be responsible and accountable for providing a comprehensive housing management service for a portfolio of new build properties within No1 Ancoats Green, Manchester. The property manager will be providing all property management services to a portfolio of 130 units, with a mixture of both social rent and market alongside management of the service charge account for the site.
This is a remote, full time role working Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm. Candidates must be a car driver.
You will be joining our Affordable Housing team based in Canary Wharf, London. The Affordable Housing team operates a large mixed portfolio of new and existing Affordable homes nationwide comprising Affordable and Social Rent, Shared Ownership and Supported homes.

Key Responsibilities
* To manage the overall tenancy journey and management of the site and act as the main point of contact for all residents within the BTR and social rent units
* To carry out all building management duties for the portfolio including general repairs, monitor defects and estate services such as tendering for contractors including cleaning, gardening and monthly PPM tasks
* To be conversant with all H&S aspects associated with the Development and to ensure that the obligations of the landlord and management company (as applicable) are fully discharged, having due regard to the companies H&S policies in place.
* To co-ordinate the day to day running of the building, liaising with tenants to ensure all relevant information is communicated correctly and efficiently.
* To undertake inspections to check upon the condition of the buildings and grounds, monitoring, consulting and supervising contractors on a weekly basis and provide a report.
Key Requirements
* Operational experience working with and managing contracts within Build to Rent/Residential Lettings and Block Leasehold Management.
* Be an approachable friendly character

* Highly organised
* Valid UK driving licence
