An opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Charge Nurse based at University Hospital Ayr.
What You Will Do
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is willing to lead and promote education and evidence based practice within a department which promotes learning and development for everyone.
You would require to have previous knowledge of working within an immediate postoperative recovery area, be a first level registered practitioner and be educated at or working towards degree level.

* First Level Registered Nurse with relevant experience in pre/post-operative care
* Educated to degree level/or possess evidence of post-registration professional development.
* Evidence of team working skills with ability to work using own initiative.
* Effective listening skills and interpersonal skills
* Time management skills
