The Client Success team focuses on customer service and client retention rather than business growth and development. Associates manage an aligned portfolio of clients, ensuring each receives value exceeding their investment in Gartner services. They identify clients' business priorities and support them through their purchased Gartner services.
What you will do:
* Build, develop, and manage relationships with clients, from senior C-level executives to junior professionals across various functions and companies.
* Meet and engage with clients virtually to understand their business priorities and recommend actions that drive value, retention, and return on investment.
* Onboard new clients, introducing them to Gartner services and capabilities.
* Collaborate with internal Gartner teams to maximize value delivered to clients.
What you will need:
* 3+ years of relevant professional or internship experience.
* Strong skills in customer service, communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing.
Locations: Egham, UK or Barcelona, Spain
