As a Sessional Support Worker in RCT, you’ll help make the everyday remarkable for the people we support. What you’ll be doing: In this role, you’ll support individuals both within their own homes and in the community, while also working across local supported living services to provide cover during periods of staff absence. Supporting people with a range of varying needs, you’ll take a flexible, adaptable and person-centred approach to helping individuals make their own choices and achieve their goals. As a trusted Support Worker, you’ll empower people to build confidence, develop new skills, and maintain independence through everyday support and structured activities. This may include helping with finances, maintaining their home, accessing the community, and staying connected with friends and family. Your goal is to make everyday remarkable by enhancing wellbeing and creating meaningful moments that bring purpose and joy to the people you support. No experience required as full training is provided.
